Inquiry details are stored in secure cloud storage so we can manage and fulfill requests. Staff may receive notifications about new inquiries to help us reply promptly. We take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorized access or misuse.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers — such as hosting, database, or messaging platforms — only as needed to operate our website and handle inquiries. These providers process information on our behalf and should not use it for their own marketing.

Google Analytics and cookies

On our live website, we may use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed, approximate location, and device or browser type. Analytics cookies load only after you tap Accept on our cookie banner. If you Reject, we do not load Google Analytics and we clear related analytics cookies when possible. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie preferences in the footer. This helps us improve the site experience; it is not used to sell your personal data.

How long we keep your data

We keep inquiry and order-related information for as long as needed to fulfill your request and for legitimate business records (such as past orders and follow-ups). When that information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practical.
